Description

The HAWE CCR-10W Relief Valve is a compact, bi-directional direct-acting hydraulic cartridge relief valve engineered to provide fast, reliable overpressure protection in demanding hydraulic systems. Designed for mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CCR-10W series helps protect pumps, actuators, hoses, and hydraulic components from damaging pressure spikes while maintaining stable system performance and responsive pressure control.

Featuring a compact 10W-2 cavity design, operating pressures up to 350 bar (5,076 psi), flow capacities up to 60 L/min, and a rapid typical response time of just 2 ms, these hydraulic relief valves are ideal for hydraulic power units, mobile equipment, industrial machinery, and high-performance fluid power circuits requiring dependable pressure limiting in both flow directions. The HAWE CCR-10W series is available in multiple pressure adjustment ranges and adjustment configurations including leakproof screw, handknob lock options, and tamper-resistant covers for secure system tuning and reliable field operation.

Warning: Improper valve selection, pressure adjustment, installation, or system integration may result in equipment damage, hydraulic system failure, serious injury, or death. Always verify system compatibility, ensure pressure settings are correctly adjusted for the application, follow manufacturer torque specifications, and adhere to all hydraulic safety procedures before operation.
