Description

The Hawe CCB-2A Counterbalance Valve is a high-performance hydraulic cartridge valve designed for reliable load holding, pressure control, and safe motion management in hydraulic systems without pilot assist. Engineered for demanding mobile and industrial fluid power applications, the CCB-2A series helps prevent uncontrolled load movement, actuator drift, and hydraulic shock while delivering smooth and stable operation in lifting, lowering, and load-retention circuits.

Featuring a compact 3-port T-2A cavity design, the valve supports operating pressures up to 280 bar (4,061 psi) and flow rates up to 120 L/min, making it ideal for hydraulic cylinders, winches, material handling equipment, mobile machinery, and industrial power units. The HAWE CCB-2A series is available in multiple pressure adjustment ranges and leakproof adjustment configurations for flexible integration into a wide range of hydraulic systems where dependable counterbalance performance is critical.

Warning: Improper valve selection, pressure adjustment, installation, or system integration may result in uncontrolled load movement, equipment damage, serious injury, or death. Pressure settings should generally be adjusted to approximately 1.3 times the maximum load-induced pressure, and HAWE recommends keeping load pressure below 215 bar when operating near the maximum valve setting. Always verify system compatibility, follow manufacturer installation torque specifications, and adhere to all hydraulic safety procedures before operation.
