These fittings use a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that compresses the hose onto the fitting, ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection. The key difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings consist of separate components—the ferrule and fitting body—offering more flexibility for installation and replacement, while one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for quicker, more streamlined installation. The A-FJ45 fitting features a 45° JIC female swivel with a 37° seat, providing a reliable and durable connection for high-pressure fluid systems.
