The Alfagomma A-C613 Two-Piece Fittings are 30-degree, carbon steel hose fittings that feature an O-ring flange designed to meet SAE J518 Code 61 standards. These fittings utilize a two-piece construction, which includes a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that compresses the hose securely against the fitting to form a leak-proof seal. The primary difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings have separate parts (ferrule and fitting body), offering more flexibility in installation and maintenance, while one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for quicker use but lack this flexibility. The A-C613 fitting is compatible with wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter, including Alfabiotech 3000 (1 ¼" and 1 ½") and Alfabiotech 4000 (³⁄₈" to 1 ¼"). This design ensures secure and long-lasting connections in demanding, high-pressure applications, making it ideal for a range of industrial uses.
