Description
The Alfagomma A-MJIC Two-Piece Fittings are straight, carbon steel fittings designed to connect wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings feature a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule, a metal or plastic component that tightly compresses the hose onto the fitting, creating a strong, leak-proof seal. The difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings consist of separate parts (the ferrule and fitting body), which offer flexibility during installation and replacement, while one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for quicker, more streamlined installation. The A-MJIC fitting features a JIC male 37° seat, providing a reliable and secure connection for high-pressure fluid systems. It is ideal for use with Alfabiotech 3000 (1 ¼" and 1 ½") and Alfabiotech 4000 (³⁄₈" to 1 ¼") hoses, as well as smaller ID spiral wire reinforced hoses, ensuring long-lasting, durable hose connections for demanding industrial applications.
