Description
The Alfagomma A-FJSH Two-Piece Fittings are straight, carbon steel fittings designed to securely connect wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings use a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that compresses the hose onto the fitting to create a tight, leak-proof seal. The difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings are made up of separate parts (the ferrule and fitting body), offering more flexibility for installation and easier replacement, while one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for quicker setup. The A-FJSH fitting features a JIC female 37° seat, providing a strong, reliable connection for high-pressure fluid systems. This fitting is ideal for use with Alfabiotech 3000 (1 ¼" and 1 ½") and Alfabiotech 4000 (³⁄₈" to 1 ¼") hoses, as well as smaller ID spiral wire reinforced hoses, ensuring secure, long-lasting hose connections in demanding industrial applications.
