The Alfagomma A-FJDH Two-Piece Fittings are straight, carbon steel fittings designed to connect wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses, ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings feature a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that compresses the hose tightly onto the fitting, ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection. The difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings are made of separate parts (the ferrule and fitting body), offering more flexibility for installation and replacement, while one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for quicker use. The A-FJDH fitting features a JIC female 37° seat with a double hex design, providing a reliable, durable connection for high-pressure fluid systems. This fitting is perfect for use with Alfabiotech 3000 (1 ¼" and 1 ½") and Alfabiotech 4000 (³⁄₈" to 1 ¼") hoses, as well as smaller ID spiral wire reinforced hoses, ensuring long-lasting and secure hose connections for demanding industrial applications.
