The Alfagomma A-C624 Two-Piece Fittings are 45-degree carbon steel hose fittings designed for secure and leak-proof connections in industrial applications. These fittings feature an O-ring flange that meets SAE J518 Code 62 standards, ensuring compatibility with high-pressure systems. Ferrules are metal inserts used to compress the hose tightly onto the fitting, creating a secure seal and preventing leaks. A key distinction between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings consist of separate components, such as the ferrule and fitting, allowing for easier maintenance and repair, whereas one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for quicker installation but offer less flexibility.
