Description
The Alfagomma A-MSAE Two-Piece Fittings are straight, carbon steel fittings designed to securely connect wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings use a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that compresses the hose tightly onto the fitting to create a secure, leak-proof seal. The key difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings are made up of separate parts (the ferrule and the fitting body), offering more flexibility during installation and easier replacement, whereas one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for faster use. The A-MSAE fitting features a SAE 45° male connection, which ensures a reliable, durable connection for high-pressure fluid systems. This fitting is perfect for use with Alfabiotech 3000 (1 ¼" and 1 ½") and Alfabiotech 4000 (³⁄₈" to 1 ¼") hoses, as well as smaller ID spiral wire reinforced hoses, making it ideal for secure and long-lasting hose connections in demanding industrial applications.
