The Alfagomma A-MPS9 Two-Piece Fittings are 90-degree, carbon steel fittings designed to connect wire-braided hoses, textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses, ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings feature a two-piece insert that includes a ferrule, which is a metal or plastic component that compresses the hose tightly onto the fitting, ensuring a secure, leak-proof seal. The difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings offer more flexibility during installation, as the ferrule and fitting body are separate, allowing for easier adjustment and replacement. In contrast, one-piece fittings are pre-assembled and ready for immediate use. The A-MPS9 fitting features a 90° compact NPTF male swivel with a 60° seat, providing a durable and reliable connection, ideal for high-pressure fluid systems. It’s compatible with Alfabiotech 3000 (1 ¼" and 1 ½") and Alfabiotech 4000 (³⁄₈" to 1 ¼") hoses, as well as smaller ID spiral wire reinforced hoses, ensuring strong, long-lasting connections for demanding industrial applications.
