The Alfagomma A-FAE9 Two-Piece Fittings are 90-degree, carbon steel fittings designed to connect wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings feature a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule, a metal or plastic component that tightly compresses the hose onto the fitting, ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection. The difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings have separate components—the ferrule and fitting body—which offer more flexibility during installation, easier replacement, and customization. In contrast, one-piece fittings are pre-assembled, allowing for faster installation but with less flexibility. The A-FAE9 fitting features a 90° female SAE 45° seat, ensuring a durable and reliable connection for high-pressure fluid systems.
