The Alfagomma A-MNPT Two-Piece Fittings are straight, carbon steel fittings designed to connect wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses with sizes ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings feature a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that tightly compresses the hose onto the fitting, ensuring a secure, leak-proof seal. The main difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings allow for more flexibility during installation, as the ferrule and fitting body are separate, whereas one-piece fittings are pre-assembled and ready to use.
