The Alfagomma A-FJ9L Two-Piece Fittings are 90-degree, carbon steel fittings designed for use with wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings feature a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that securely compresses the hose onto the fitting to ensure a tight, leak-proof seal. The main difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings consist of separate components—the ferrule and fitting body—offering flexibility during installation and easier replacement. One-piece fittings, on the other hand, are pre-assembled for faster use but offer less flexibility. The A-FJ9L fitting features a 90° JIC female swivel with a 37° seat and a long drop design, providing a reliable and durable connection in high-pressure fluid systems. This fitting is ideal for use with Alfabiotech 3000 (1 ¼" and 1 ½") and Alfabiotech 4000 (³⁄₈" to 1 ¼") hoses, as well as smaller ID spiral wire reinforced hoses, making it perfect for securing long-lasting hose connections in demanding industrial applications.
