The Alfagomma A-FJ9M Two-Piece Fittings are 90-degree, carbon steel fittings designed for use with wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings feature a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that tightly compresses the hose onto the fitting, ensuring a secure, leak-proof seal. The difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings are made of separate parts—the ferrule and fitting body—offering flexibility during installation and easier replacement, whereas one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for quicker use. The A-FJ9M fitting features a 90° JIC female swivel with a 37° seat and a medium drop, making it perfect for high-pressure fluid systems that require a reliable and durable connection. This fitting is ideal for use with Alfabiotech 3000 (1 ¼" and 1 ½") and Alfabiotech 4000 (³⁄₈" to 1 ¼") hoses, as well as smaller ID spiral wire reinforced hoses, providing long-lasting, secure hose connections in demanding industrial applications.
