The Alfagomma A-FAE4 Two-Piece Fittings are 45-degree, carbon steel fittings designed to connect wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings use a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that compresses the hose tightly onto the fitting to create a secure, leak-proof connection. The difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings consist of separate parts (the ferrule and fitting body), providing flexibility for installation and easier replacement, while one-piece fittings are pre-assembled, allowing for quicker installation. The A-FAE4 fitting features a 45° female SAE 45° seat, ensuring a strong and reliable connection in high-pressure fluid systems.
