Description
The Alfagomma A-MNPS Two-Piece Fittings are straight, carbon steel fittings designed to connect wire and textile braided hoses, thermoplastic hoses, Flexor 4, PTFE hoses, and Alfabiotech hoses with sizes ranging from ³⁄₁₆" to 2" in diameter. These fittings feature a two-piece insert, which includes a ferrule—a metal or plastic component that tightly compresses the hose onto the fitting, ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection. The key difference between two-piece and one-piece fittings is that two-piece fittings offer flexibility, as the ferrule and fitting body are separate, making installation easier and allowing for adjustment. In contrast, one-piece fittings are pre-assembled for a faster installation process. The A-MNPS fittings, with a male NPTF swivel 60° seat, provide a durable, reliable connection for high-pressure systems. They are ideal for Alfabiotech 3000 (1 ¼" and 1 ½") and Alfabiotech 4000 (³⁄₈" to 1 ¼") hoses, as well as smaller ID spiral wire reinforced hoses, ensuring long-lasting, secure connections in demanding industrial environments.
