The OneXtreme Medium Pressure Straight Male Long Nipples are precision-engineered fittings designed to extend and connect medium pressure coned-and-threaded ports in demanding hydraulic, chemical injection, and fluid power applications. Utilizing a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a dependable metal-to-metal seal, these long nipples are ideal for applications requiring additional spacing or extended reach between components in systems with working pressures up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, OneXtreme medium pressure long nipples provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh operating environments, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application or environmental requirements.
