The Medium Pressure Caps OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered protective fittings designed to seal and protect unused medium pressure coned-and-threaded connections in hydraulic, chemical injection, and fluid power systems. These caps utilize a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a secure metal-to-metal seal, making them suitable for applications with working pressures up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these medium pressure caps provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh operating environments while helping protect critical sealing surfaces from contamination, moisture intrusion, and physical damage during operation, maintenance, storage, or transport.
