Description

The High Pressure Male to Type M Male OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered conversion fittings designed to connect coned-and-threaded high pressure systems to Type M (Reverse High Pressure) connections in demanding hydraulic, chemical injection, and ultra-high-pressure applications. The high pressure side utilizes a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a dependable metal-to-metal seal for applications up to 60,000 psi (4136 bar), while the Type M side is designed for use with Type M swivel hose end fittings and seals via a 58-degree cone for secure performance in systems up to 50,000 psi (3447 bar).

Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these adapters provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh operating environments, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements. Because this adapter bridges two connection types and pressure classes, the overall system capability must always be based on the lower-rated side and associated components.

Warning: Proper thread identification, cone angle compatibility, and installation practices are critical—mismatched components, damaged sealing surfaces, or improper torque can result in leaks or catastrophic failure; always verify compatibility with mating components and follow recommended assembly procedures before use.
