Description
The Series 7030 Straight Male NPT x Male BSPT hydraulic adapters, made from stainless steel, are designed for securely connecting pipes in fluid and gas transfer systems. NPT (National Pipe Taper) connections use tapered threads to create a metal-to-metal seal, ideal for single assembly applications. However, they are not recommended for frequent disassembly due to potential wear on the threads. The BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper) male connection is similar to NPT but has a different thread pitch, making it important to use thread sealants to ensure a leak-tight fit.
