Description
The JIC Plugs OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered fittings designed to securely seal unused JIC 37° flare ports in hydraulic and fluid power systems. JIC (Joint Industry Council) fittings utilize a 37-degree cone seat to create a dependable metal-to-metal seal without the need for additional sealing compounds, making them suitable for applications with working pressures up to 15,000 psi (689 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these JIC plugs provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in demanding industrial, mobile equipment, and chemical processing environments while helping protect critical system components from leaks, contamination, moisture intrusion, and physical damage. OneXtreme JIC plugs are precision machined for consistent fit and reliable sealing performance, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application or environmental requirements.
