The Medium Pressure Male to JIC Male OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered conversion fittings designed to connect medium pressure coned-and-threaded systems to JIC 37° flare connections in demanding hydraulic and fluid power applications. The medium pressure side utilizes a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a dependable metal-to-metal seal commonly used in systems up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar), while the JIC side features a 37-degree flare seat that provides a reliable seal without the need for additional sealing compounds.

Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these adapters offer exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh operating environments, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements. Because this adapter bridges two connection types and pressure classes, the overall system capability must always be based on the lower-rated side and associated components.
