The Medium Pressure Plugs OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered fittings designed to securely seal unused medium pressure coned-and-threaded ports in hydraulic, chemical injection, and fluid power systems. These plugs utilize a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a dependable metal-to-metal seal, making them suitable for applications with working pressures up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these medium pressure plugs provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability in harsh and high-cycle operating environments while helping protect critical system components from leaks, contamination, moisture intrusion, and physical damage.
