Shop High Pressure JIC Caps
The JIC Caps OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered protective fittings designed to seal and protect unused JIC 37° flare connections in hydraulic and fluid power systems. JIC (Joint Industry Council) fittings utilize a 37-degree cone seat to create a dependable metal-to-metal seal without the need for additional sealing compounds, making them ideal for applications with working pressures up to 15,000 psi (689 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these JIC caps provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in demanding industrial, mobile equipment, and chemical processing environments. OneXtreme JIC caps help prevent contamination, moisture intrusion, and damage to critical sealing surfaces during operation, maintenance, storage, or transport, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements.
