The High Pressure Plugs OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered fittings designed to securely seal unused coned-and-threaded high pressure ports in hydraulic, chemical injection, and ultra-high-pressure fluid systems. These plugs utilize a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a dependable metal-to-metal seal capable of handling working pressures up to 60,000 psi (4136 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these high pressure plugs provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh operating environments while helping protect critical system components from leaks, contamination, moisture intrusion, and physical damage during operation, maintenance, storage, or transport. OneXtreme high pressure plugs are precision machined for consistent fit and sealing integrity, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application or environmental requirements.
