Shop High Pressure HP Caps
The High Pressure Caps OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered protective fittings designed to seal and protect unused coned-and-threaded high pressure connections in hydraulic, chemical injection, and ultra-high-pressure fluid systems. These caps utilize a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a secure metal-to-metal seal capable of handling working pressures up to 60,000 psi (4136 bar).
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these high pressure caps provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh operating environments while helping protect critical sealing surfaces from contamination, moisture intrusion, and physical damage during operation, maintenance, storage, or transport. OneXtreme high pressure caps are precision machined for consistent fit and sealing integrity, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements.
