The Medium Pressure Female to High Pressure Male OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered conversion fittings designed to connect medium pressure and high pressure coned-and-threaded systems in demanding hydraulic, chemical injection, and test applications. Both connection types utilize a 60-degree cone and thread design to create a reliable metal-to-metal seal, with the medium pressure side typically used in systems up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar) and the high pressure side designed for applications up to 60,000 psi (4136 bar). 

Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these adapters provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh and high-cycle environments, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements. Because this adapter bridges two pressure classes, the overall assembly must always be designed around the lower-rated side and system components.
