Shop High Pressure Adapters, Male BSP x Male Medium Pressure
The Medium Pressure Male to BSP Male OneXtreme Adapters are precision-engineered conversion fittings designed to connect medium pressure coned-and-threaded systems to BSPP (British Standard Parallel Pipe) connections in demanding hydraulic and fluid power applications. The medium pressure side utilizes a 60-degree cone and thread connection to create a reliable metal-to-metal seal commonly used in systems up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar), while the BSPP side features straight (parallel) threads that seal via a cone, gasket, O-ring, or dowty seal depending on the mating configuration, and may also include an external cone.
Manufactured from cold worked 316 stainless steel, these adapters provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and durability in harsh operating environments, with special materials available upon request to meet specific application requirements. Because this adapter bridges two connection types and pressure classes, the overall system capability must always be based on the lower-rated side and associated components.
