Unstable inlet pressure, undersized lines, excessive return backpressure or an incorrectly selected RV opening ratio can cause unreliable pressure control. The fail-safe G-__ variant must be specified for the application, with its RV opening ratio determined using qualified technical guidance. Never assume the high-pressure side has been relieved; verify zero pressure before service. All system and return-line components must be sized for the HC6D’s substantial flow and rated for the maximum possible intensified pressure.
